1. Scope of Consent

By checking the consent box on our forms and submitting your information, you provide your express written consent authorizing QuadCity Connect and up to three (3) of our independent contractor partners to contact you. This contact may include:

• Phone calls (including those made using an autodialer or automated dialing system)
• Prerecorded voice messages
• SMS/Text messages
• Emails

This consent applies even if your phone number is currently listed on any state, federal, or corporate Do Not Call (DNC) list.

2. Consent is Not a Condition of Service

Consent is NOT required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. If you do not wish to provide consent, you may bypass the online form and contact us directly at +1 563-500-2230 to request a manual match.

3. Revoking Consent

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. To do so, you may:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.
• Email us at info@quadcitieshomerenovation.com with your phone number and a request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list.
• Call us directly at +1 563-500-2230.

We will process your opt-out request within ten (10) business days.

4. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your project request and the matching process. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Evidencing Consent

To ensure compliance and protect both parties, we utilize third-party verification services (such as TrustedForm and Jornaya) to securely record and document your consent at the time of form submission.
