By using our matching service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your project.
- Not abuse the service by submitting fake, repetitive, or misleading requests.
- Understand that any contract or agreement for renovation services is solely between you and the independent contractor you choose to hire.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.
5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any services provided by the contractors we refer, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Iowa.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
